PES 2018 RPP 2018 V3.1 PS4 Romanian Patch

CHANGES TO VERSION 2 :

- Transfers to Liga 1 & Liga 2 teams during winter (19 Mar 2018)

- The 18 Ligue 2 teams in the PC version (They were not patched but left for who wants to insert them as well);

- New equipment and 3rd & 4th kits for League 1 teams and some League 2 teams

- Classical and lower league leagues in Romania have been moved to Optional (for realism in the Master League, UCL, Europa League, etc.).

- New teams in Europe.

- Fixing bugs from the previous version.
